Prernaa's is a boutique fashion studio in Kalyan, Maharashtra, run by fashion designer Srushti Kumavat. This policy explains what personal details we collect when you visit prernaas.shop, send us an enquiry or place an order, and how we look after them.
In short: we collect only what we need to make and deliver your outfit, and we never sell your details.
What we collect
- When you send an enquiry on this website: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram: your name, number or profile, and anything you send us, such as reference photos and outfit details.
- When you place an order: your measurements, photos of the design or fabric, your event date and, if we courier the outfit to you, your delivery address.
- When you pay: the amount, date and transaction reference. We never see or store your card number, bank password or UPI PIN, and we will never ask for them.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run analytics that follow you across other sites. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your details
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
- To design, stitch, fit and alter your outfit
- To arrange collection or courier delivery
- To keep a record of your order, payments and measurements, so your next order is easier
We will not add you to marketing lists or send you promotional messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share them with
We do not sell or rent your personal details. We share only what is needed with:
- Email and messaging services that carry our messages, including Resend (which delivers website enquiries to our inbox), Gmail, WhatsApp and Instagram
- Courier companies, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order
- Our website host, which stores and serves this website
- Government authorities, only if the law requires it
Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
Photos of your outfit
We may photograph a finished outfit for our portfolio and Instagram. We will not post photos of you, or anything that identifies you, without asking you first.
How long we keep your details
We keep enquiry and order details, including your measurements, for as long as they are useful for your orders and our records. If you ask us to delete them, we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what details we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your details
- stop contacting you

Keeping your details safe
This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we keep your details only in the accounts and devices we use to run the studio. No method of storing data is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
Children
Our services are for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
